"Subsidiarity" is the word that comes to mind when Constitutional Scholar and Oklahoma City Talk Radio host Trent England testifies about the Prosperity States Initiative.
Subsidiarity is an ancient policy principle that "matters ought to be handled by the smallest, lowest or least centralized competent authority."
