Colorado Representative Lori Saine joins the Advisory Council of Compact for America Action! Rep. Saine has long been a leader in the Article V movement. Lori is in her second term in the Colorado State House. As a legislator, she has earned the coveted House Champion award from the Colorado Union of Taxpayers for defending the taxpayers of House District 63. She signed the Colorado Union of Taxpayers pledge to protect TABOR, the Taxpayer Bill of Rights. Lori has received an “A” rating from the Heritage Alliance. Please welcome Rep.
